Facility Management – serves as the steward of physical assets on main campus and affiliate locations.

Event and Calendar Planning – responsible to ensure the physical location is utilized efficiently and effectively for ministries, worship services and other special events.

Emergency Response Ministry – team of trained and prepared servants that are available during services at the church. This ministry is responsible for attending to medical needs and others non-traditional events.

Transportation Ministrythis ministry provides transportation to church sponsored events.

Custodial/Maintenance -maintains the custodial upkeep of interior and exterior of the church. Maintains the grounds surrounding the church and protects the assets of the church.

Property Management & Satellite campusesmaintains the off site locations and satellite locations. Manage and maintain the assets through efficient and productive agreements.

Culinary Ministrythis ministry assist in the coordination of cooking and menu selection for church events such as funeral, anniversaries and special programs.

Wedding Ministry – this ministry works to ensure the effective coordination of wedding held at First Genesis Baptist Church.

Church Secretary/Clerk - serves as the administrative support for the Pastor and church. Maintains the Pastor’s and church calendar, Coordinates the membership information and prepares related and appropriate communication and paperwork, provides clerical support where needed to all auxiliaries, departments and committees of the church.
